HC sets aside AAP govt order appointing 21 MLAs as parliamentary secretaries

Delhi High Court on Thursday set aside the Arvind Kejriwal-led government's order appointing 21 AAP MLAs as parliamentary secretaries. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) had told the court that such an appointment was "not covered by the law."
