Zero Hour: Manipur CM Okram Ibobi escapes unhurt in firing at Ukhrul helipad

Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh on Monday was lucky to not get injured when suspected militants opened gunfire as he was getting out of his helicopter at the Ukhrul helipad, CID officials said.
