Delhi Police's insensitive remark on rise in rapes

After the two minor girls were gang raped in the capital Joint DCP of Delhi Police Dependra Pathak made a flippant statement by saying that “society’s mindset is responsible for the rapes, our work is just to nab the culprits.”
