Bishop Michael Bibi promises new dawn at Buea Diocese

The Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Buea, the Right Reverend Michael Bibi has promised to inject fresh impetus in the diocese, notably the completion of the co-Cathedral project as well as other pending projects.
