With the gyms closed a man from Virginia, US, decided to make his own heavy lifting weights.
Anthony had to keep up with working out so decided to take the matter into his own hands and use his sofa as weights.
The clip filmed on April 17 at his home shows Anthony lifting the sofa up while explaining to his son what to do before his wife noticed that he was doing and started shouting at him to stop.
"With the gyms closed, my son and I wanted to work out with the furniture. Well, as you can see in the video, my wife wasn't having it!" Anthony told Newsflare.
