Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Saturday backed Congress president Rahul Gandhi for the Prime Ministerial candidate in the Lok Sabha elections 2019, saying the Gandhi scion also deserves one chance like Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
