Former president Pranab Mukherjee's daughter and Congress leader Sharmistha Mukherjee said that Delhi became a rape capital. “We all are standing with the family of Unnao rape victim. We will work for ensuring the justice. It seems that Yogi government is working to protest culprits,” she added.
