Puzzle guru Tony Fisher manages to create and solve a fully functioning Rubik's Cube out of a potato.
The footage, filmed on January 1 in Ipswich, shows a potato split into eight segments being turned and twisted.
Fisher has previously created puzzles from apples, pineapples, cakes, salami, pork pies, chocolate, candle wax and ice.
