Banksy's 'Devolved Parliament' comes to auction before Brexit

British artist Banksy's dystopian painting of a Parliament ruled by chimpanzees is shown at Sotheby's a month ahead of the Brexit deadline. The painting will be put into auction with an estimate between 1,5 and 2 million pounds.
