How to Turn Off Hardware Beep Sound in Ubuntu Terminal?
Step 1: Right click on the Desktop, and then click on 'Open terminal.'
Step 2: Click on 'Edit,' and then click on 'preferences.'
Step 3: In New window, select your Profile, in my case it default one that is 'Unnamed.'
Step 4: Uncheck 'Terminal bell' under sound, and then click on 'close' button.
