“The latest RBI annual report aptly describes that there are lot of uncertainties globally and domestically and that we are in a soft patch,” said ormer RBI Governor YV Reddy. However, according to him the current slowdown is a combination of structural and cyclical factors and that it may not be a short soft patch.
