Alabama recently passed a law eliminating nearly all abortions in the state. According to the Huffington Post, now the state is looking at a law that would hurt same-sex marriage. Existing law requires couples to hold a ceremony to “solemnize” the union after their getting marriage license.The new measure would take away solemnization and make couples responsible to record their own union.
