SpaceX Gets $50M NASA Contract to Launch Spacecraft That’ll Study Black Holes

NASA wants to better understand X-ray production in black holes, neutron stars, and pulsar wind nebulae with its IXPE space observatory. SpaceX will help them do it by giving them a leg up into space.
