Impact on GRMs mainly due to poor cracks, says IOC Chairman

This Q3 and Q4, the cracks had been different from the normal levels as what had been during the last year. Especially the gasoline cracks were abnormally low, which impacted the GRMs, said Sanjiv Singh, Chairman, IOC.
