Pakistan to get another bailout package from IMF. Is Pak heading into a serious debt trap?

Pakistan to get d 13th bailout package from IMF worth $6 billion. With this & aid coming in from its allies, isn't Pak headed for a severe debt trap? Is it already China's client state? Will the funds be used for development or export of terror?
