Larsen & Toubro (L&T) board is believed to have cleared the acquisition of VG Siddhartha's stake in Mindtree. Sources tell CNBC-TV18 that L&T is likely to buy 24.4 percent stake in Mindtree at Rs 981 per share, reports Mugdha Variyar.
