this video we will tell you everything you need to know about Thakhek loop. When you will be visiting south of Laos you will definitely come to Thakhek and if you're fan of motorbike/scooter you will do the Thakhek Loop. It's the famous motorbike loop you can do here.
Where to sleep
KGB Guesthouse - clean, good atmosphere, you can rent a motorbike here
Sabaidee Guesthouse Thalang - first stop of the loop should be here. Really nice guesthouse with great prices, amazing atmosphere
Enjoyboy Kong Lor Cave - second day you can sleep close to the cave. Very basic but good room. Maybe you will have the same room as us without the key
What to see
Cool Pool - amazing natural pool but it has to be sunny
Kong Lor Cave - the most famous cave to do during the loop. Kong Lor cave is 7 km long and you will take a boat to cross the cave. AMAZING!
Blue Lagoon - it's not in the video but if you have time you can go there. It's bit far from the main road but if it's sunny it's perfect to calm down your body.
If you check mapsme you can see there are plenty of caves on this loop. Just choose one and visit.
