Refuting allegations that anti-incumbency could be a problem for the Congress party in Karnataka, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday said the party will win 18-20 seats from the state in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.
He was speaking at a meet-the-press programme organised by the Bangalore Reporters' Guild at the Press Club.
