Varun Gandhi promoted in BJP because of surname: Vinay Katiyar

Just hours after BJP announced its new core team, there were differences in party. Senior BJP Leader Vinay Katiyar has slammed Varun Gandhi's elevation as General Secretary. Katiyar said Varun has been promoted just for being a Gandhi.
