Portugal Supreme Court has rejected India's petition, has ordered repatriation of gangster Abu Salem.The high court of Lisbon had terminated the extradition of the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts Salem In September this year.The court accused Indian probe agencies of violating conditions under which he was permitted to be brought to India in November 2005 to face trial in eight cases.
