31 accused have been found guilty in the 2002 Sardarpura riots case.A special fast track court pronounced its verdict today on the case.42 of the accused have been acquitted.A total of 73 people have been tried for murder, attempt to murder, rioting, arson and criminal conspiracy in this case.The accused had allegedly set a house on fire in the Sardarpura village- where 20 women and 13 others had sought refuge from rioters.
