NOAA and NASA mark 2018 as 4th warmest year on record

2018 marks behind 2015, 2016 and 2017 as the fourth warmest year since record-keeping began in 1880. This study was released by NASA and NOAA among other notable agencies like the Japanese Meteorological Agency.
