Nandi Governor Stephen Sang has urged Deputy President William Ruto not to respond to ‘tounts’ from Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho.
Addressing a press conference in Nairobi on Tuesday afternoon, Sang said Joho was a “dwarf” not worthy of a response from the deputy president.
