In a bid to woo the south ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, the pm is going to inaugurate the mammoth four lane national highway connecting Kanyakumari with Kashmir.
It's the biggest ever push for a seamless road connect between the north and south India by the NDA govt. The massive project which took a Deacde and a half to complete will be launched on February 19 in Kanyakumari. It was then PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee who had laid the foundation stone for the four lane highway in 2004 and the massive infra project has now been completed. PM Modi will be dedicating the highway to the nation on the day of its inauguration.
