Good hand hygiene practices have the power to save lives.
With this as our motto, Sri Shankara Cancer Foundation conducted Hand
Hygiene Campaign for staff, patients, care takers and visitors at the
hospital premises last week.
The campaign included display of decorative posters and information
material, one on one education and flash mob dances by nursing staff and
students at various wards and waiting area. We are extremely pleased by
the response and feedback we have received.
Maintaining good hand hygiene is a responsibility of not only healthcare
professionals, but also of all members of the society to build a healthy
nation.
We urge everyone to learn about good hand hygiene to keep infections at
bay!
