Ross Edgley completes a round-Britain swim, becoming the first person to ever swim the 2,882km journey. Edgley set off from Margate on 1 June and expected to take 100-days. In fact the marathon lasted 157 days, with hundreds of swimmers joining him for the final kilometre of his journey back to Margate.
