Pak Prime Minister Imran Khan has lashed out at the Indian govt on twitter after the MEA refused to hold Indian and Pak foreign ministers meet on Sept 25. He said- he was disappointed by India's response on his initiative of resumption of talks and called India arrogant and negative.
