The typhoon Jebi is the strongest hit Japan in the last 25 years and in the middle of it was caught a caricature situation in Osaka where a pizza deliveryman on a motorcycle was filmed trying to do his job in the middle of the storm.
This is a prime example of a dedicated worker who has not even had a typhoon enough to stop him from doing his job.
