Info from Licensor: "Goku Riding his Flying Nimbus cloud at the Washington Monument. Was created last year after seeing several other similar videos that went viral. I thought I did a much better job making the Goku cloud look realistic unlike the others. Washington DC is an amazing place to live with a lot of tourists so I picked a spot that would have a lot of people."
