Kitten Rescued by Officer After Allegedly Being Thrown by Suspect on Meth

A man high on methamphetamine was arrested in Seattle on Saturday after he reportedly threw a kitten against the pavement and hurled a bottle at a woman who tried to intervene, according to police.
