DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng has announced the party’s line-up for Kuala Lumpur parliamentary seats in the general election, dropping eight-term Kepong MP Dr Tan Seng Giaw and fielding Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng for the seat.
