Delhi govt says odd numbered cars to run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Delhi government said odd-numbered cars will be allowed to ply on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while even-numbered vehicles will run on the other days—Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
