Victor from Norway has been waiting patiently for us to utilize his sun block dispensers - since May of last year! Since liquids have a tendency to "hydro-shock" during acceleration, the liquid will rupture the container it is in resulting in it being aerosolized. (is that a word?)
Do not ever attempt to do this!
