Authorities foil New Year's Eve suicide bomb plot in Turkey

Officials in Turkey said on Wednesday, police there have foiled an alleged suicide bomb plot to attack New Year's Eve celebrations in the capital Ankara, raiding a house and arresting two suspects believed to be members of the Islamic State.
