With one hand, breeder Sebastian Saura holds the head of a sheep and with the other, in a matter of minutes, he shears the animal down to its tender pink skin. It is the first phase of a trip that will take wool from Uruguay -- one of the world's top exporters of the textile fiber -- to Germany for use in the seats of luxury cars.
