Actor Ian Mckellen has expressed an interest in appearing as the wizard Gandalf in Amazon's Studios' upcoming 'Lord of the Rings' series. When asked in a new radio interview about the idea of another actor taking on his role, Mckellen seemed surprised, saying, "What do you mean, 'Another Gandalf'?!' The 78-year-old went on to say that while he hasn't yet been approached for a potential role in the Amazon drama, he isn't too old to play the part.
