Leaders needed to fix global 'mess', says Kofi Annan

Former UN chief Kofi Annan warned the world was currently "a mess" and expressed concern about the state of global leadership, urging leaders to work better together, in an interview with AFP ahead of Tuesday's climate talks in Paris.
