The video, captured off the coast of Paulet Island in the Antartica, shows the speedboat struggling to move amid ice floes.
After a while, the captain manages to steer away from the floating ice.
The filmer later wrote online:
''We became 'mildly' stuck in an ice flow as we were cruising in the Weddell Sea.''
''We really appreciated how quickly the ice could close in and trap a fast and nimble zodiac,'' he added.
