James Franco is joining the X-Men universe. The actor confirmed the news in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. Rumors had been swirling that the 39-year-old would star in a Multiple Man spinoff for the franchise. The character was created by the late Len Wein and first appeared in Giant-Size Fantastic Four #4 back in 1975. Multiple Man's real name is Jamie Madrox. He has the ability to create duplicates of himself triggered by bodily impact.
