Mikayla Holmgren becomes first woman with down syndrome to compete in Miss Minnesota USA pageant

Mikayla Holmgren made Miss Minnesota USA pageant history by being the first woman with down syndrome to compete in the contest. Holmgren received the Miss USA Spirit Award as well as the Director's Award.
