Finance Ministry has now made sweeping changes to Prevention of Money-laundering (Maintenance of Records) Rules for controlling money laundering and tax-evasion, Govt. of India has now made ID proof mandatory for all cash transactions above Rs 50,000.
Desc: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 24: ಮನಿಲಾಂಡ್ರಿಂಗ್, ಕಪ್ಪು ಹಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ವಿತ್ತ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. 50,000 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂಲ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 50,000 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವಹಿವಾಟಿಗೆ ಈ ನಿಯಾಮ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಪ್ಪು ಹಣ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
