On the occasion of Diwali, actor Shahid Kapoor on Thursday announced the title of his upcoming film -- "Batti Gul Meter Chalu".The movie will be directed Shree Narayan Singh of the "Toilet: Ek Prem Katha" fame, which starred Akshay Kumar in lead role.
