Paraglider's Descent Turns Into Utter Chaos As He Plunges Into The Sea

We've watched so many videos of paragliding parachute failure that we're starting to believe that either this sport is populated with undertrained novices or it's just inherently dangerous. (That doesn't mean we are going to stop watching them.)
