If you find yourself heading to Berlin any time soon, you might want to travel light or get a helping hand, to carry your luggage. Locals in the German capital are demanding a ban on the use of suitcases with wheels, saying this kind of baggage robs them of sleep. RT's Peter Oliver has the story.
