US President Barack Obama condemned the "vicious, calculated and despicable" attack on 12 law enforcement officers in Dallas, which saw 5 officers killed and 6 injured, speaking on the sidelines of the NATO Summit in Warsaw. Obama stated that like most US citizens, he was "horrified" over the events in Dallas, adding that the government and the whole of the US stood "united with the people and the police department in Dallas."
