Airstrikes were carried out against opposition targets in Latakia province, Tuesday, as part of a push to retake swathes of land recently captured by anti-government forces in the region.
Syrian Arab Armed forces assisted by aerial cover pushed out militants from mountainous areas surrounding Jabal al-Akrad, reportedly taking back all the land previously lost to fighters from Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (formerly al-Nusra Front).
