Parisians commemorated the anniversary of the Paris attacks by launching lanterns in the Canal Saint-Martin in Paris.
One attendee, Elodie, said: 'I have no words to describe it all. I am very moved by this solidarity and I think that each of us brought a lot of feeling today.'
Another attendee, Iteb, seen writing a message on a lantern before launching it, said: 'I wrote in Arabic - 'The republic will never be down'.
The multiple attacks, for which ISIS claimed responsibility, targeted the Bataclan concert hall, restaurants, bars and the Stade de France during a football friendly match between France and Germany, killing over 132 people in total.
