It was either Syria or Russia that conducted air strikes that recently hit hospitals in different parts of Syria - that's the accusation coming from the U.S. State Department. Despite that though, it's failed to provide any evidence to back up the claims. Our Washington correspondent Gayane Chichakyan has been trying to find out more about the allegations made by American officials. But it hasn't been an easy task.
