BJP MP rides on horse to parliament to protest against 'Odd-Even' scheme

BJP MP Ram Prasad Sharma came to the Parliament riding a horse defing Delhi Government's Odd – Even scheme on Wednesday. He labelled the horse a ‘pollution free vehicle’.
