Activist arrested while attempting to give away pot on U.S. Capitol grounds

Adam Eidinger, a founder of DCMJ, a marijuana advocacy group, was arrested on April 20 on U.S. Capitol grounds during a pot giveaway intended to protest D.C. marijuana policy.
